Charterhouse is excited to be working with a leading international company in their search to hire a Learning and Development Executive to help plan, conduct and administer programs that train and develop their employees.
About the Role
Within this position you will be working closely with HR to design and implement learning and development programs and process’ in line with the organisations culture and their goals. It will be your main duty to evaluate and assess the effectiveness and response of programmes in which you develop to ensure increased organisational effectiveness.
You will support and motivate employees ensuring that they are receiving support in their training and meeting the needs of their role. It is your responsibility to measure effectiveness and response of the programmes you implement, identify any performance gaps and report to Learning and Development Specialist.
To be a successful for this role you should hold a bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role. It is essential that you have experience in developing and designing leadership programmes. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of training processes, adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail, creativity and interpersonal skills.
