The Fashion Training department is responsible for supporting the retail & wholesale boutiques in achieving their objectives as regards financial health, brand integrity and client experience. The Fashion Trainer plays a crucial role in this organization, travelling around the zone to collaborate with Fashion boutiques and deliver training to all roles in the boutique.
TRAINING & MOTIVATING
Training the retail sales and wholesales teams about collections, key initiatives and client experience for example:
1/ Onboarding
2/ Collection / Style training in the Fashion School and boutiques
3/ Project training – Aftersale, Clienteling etc
4/ Digital training / e-learning – supporting the platform, communication of monthly programs and helping the Training Assistant with accurate reporting
Through:
- Communicating and collaborating with Learning Managers, Boutique managers / Supervisors and Wholesale Partners
- Implementing and assessing the effectiveness of training sessions in CHANEL boutiques in the Middle-East and India
COACHING
- Coaching the teams in the boutique on Client Experience, with a supportive, respectful approach (ideally in both English and Arabic)
ORGANIZATION AND PLANNING
- Preparing and organizing training sessions, preparing well the décor, support materials and activities, ensuring that the group has all necessary equipment.
- Keeping a record of your plans and training sessions’ effectiveness and reporting back to Training manager on a regular basis.
And, you will participate in the Training Platform implementation and deployment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following professional background:
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience pure training role experience or as Training Ambassadors in the luxury or hospitality sector. Experience in luxury boutique sales is required.
Your strong relationship builder, positive attitude, organization and solutions-focused skills will be key to succeed in this position.
You are open-minded and keen eye for detail.
You are recognized for your proactivity, creativity and problem solving.
English and Arabic language are a must, French would be an advantage.

Travel:
- trips to Paris may be required
