The role

We are looking for an Arabic Senior Product Designer to help transform our e-commerce channels into user-centric experiences that delight our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall design strategy and direction of our digital products.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Working closely with stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of project requirements, user needs, and business goals to ensure that your designs perfectly align with the project vision. User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather invaluable insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that our products are intuitive and easy to use. Advocate passionately for user-centered design principles, striving to enhance the overall user experience in every project you touch. Design expertise: Your designs will adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices, ensuring a consistent and compelling user experience. Foster Innovation: You will bring fresh and innovative design concepts to the table. From user flows to wireframes and interactive prototypes. Mentorship: As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior designers, nurturing their growth and helping them become more rounded. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be on the cutting edge of design trends, tools, and technologies, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team to keep us at the forefront of innovation. Design Excellence: Conduct design reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining design consistency across projects, elevating the quality of our work. Project Management: With your excellent organizational skills, you will manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all our products.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role, showcasing an outstanding portfolio of mobile applications and website designs. Expertise in leading the design process from concept to implementation, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, including Figma. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other team members. Eager to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve designs continually. Previous experience mentoring and guiding junior designers is a big plus. A passion for creating user-centric experiences that delight our customers.
