The role

Our Project Manager will guide a taskforce to deliver a portfolio of HR projects on time, including Kronos and Success Factors SAP, within allocated budgets and with quality using either traditional waterfall or Agile Scrum methodologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all relevant PMO policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Optimize the usage of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects, within scope and within budget, by minimizing and mitigating project risks
• Lead the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Approve project plans and track progress
• Review and approve changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Ensure proper and timely project testing to ensure deliverables are of high quality
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Champion the relationship building with the business stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors
• Ensure systematic project documentation
• Deliver project in both Agile (preferably) Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Projects are Data Protection for the Middle east & KRONOS

What you’ll need to succeed

• Must have experience with data protection in Europe or any other country where it has been implemented in the last 5 years
• Knowledge of Kronos is a plus
• Project Management experience minimum 4-5 years
• Large scale or global PM experience is also very welcomed
• Knowledge of Success Factors SAP and any other Human Capital systems or tech implementation is ideal
• HR Transformation experience is a plus
• Ex Consultant or in house Project Manager experience welcomed
• Must be extremely organised
• Must have experience managing multiple projects
• Familiar with system testing, UAT & training
• Must be tech savvy and a general interest in technology
• Change Management & proven stakeholder management experience
• Must be willing to get hands ‘dirty’! This PM is not just allocating tasks but also prepared to do the tasks
• Reporting – preparing management reports, RAID logs, engagements analytics and progress reports for each project
