What you’ll be doing

• Support the Marketing Manager with the operational launch of new products, the development and execution of 360 launch campaigns with retailers
• Conduct analysis and prepare forecast recommendations for new product launches
• Prepare the allocations of samples, GWP and POS Material for new launches and events
• Assist the Marketing Manager with the trade plan
• Follow up day to day needs from the counter teams and various trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan (GWP signage, planograms…)
• Creation of marketing presentations for internal & external meetings
• Preparation of video loop for animations & counters
• Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department
• Conduct competition analysis
• Day-to-day administrative duties including placing bi-monthly stock orders for head office, preparing the retailers’ meetings (samples, mock-up, gifts, catering…)
• In charge of the budget tracking tool by raising POs to suppliers and receiving invoices

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• English Speaker (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Curious, Creative, Flexible and Agile
• Understanding and self-developing
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Proactive approach
