What you’ll be doing

Maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs for our retail stores and back office equipment and property structures. They ensure that all electrical/mechanical, plumbing equipment, Fire life safety systems, HVAC systems and plumbing systems in the store perform at optimum functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily visit to the stores to ensure all light bulbs, plumbing, HVAC systems and FLS systems are in good condition.
• Attending and resolving general electrical/plumbing issues within highest service level and in timely manner.
• Attending and resolving carpentry works.
• Carry out troubleshooting for telephone line, audio and visual systems in the store.
• Execute chandelier installation/dismantling works as per client requirement.
• Prepare the weekly preventive planned maintenance checklist and submit the same to management.
• Assist follow up and coordinate with local contractors for site visits and job execution.
• Regular updating of maintenance incidents using group developed software, FOCUS.
• Communicate with Retail Store team to conceive their requirement.
• Ensure all maintenance repair works are carried out in compliance with EHS health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all periodic maintenance carried out by external service providers, are carried out in the desired and agreed intervals.
• Ensure to keep track and stock of inventory for each store, and request for electrical/plumbing or hardware supplies as per site requirement.
• Ensure availability 24/7, in case for emergency assistance.
