What you’ll be doing

As part of the Corporate Innovation team, you’ll help identify and implement new business models for Chalhoub Group’s portfolio of +200 luxury fashion & beauty brands. This position can lead to a permanent function after 6 months, based on the team member’s motivation & performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You are extremely interested in the future of retail and innovation, and are familiar with web3 (blockchain, NFTs, crypto, metaverse, …).
• You have a bias for action. You can spot opportunities pro-actively and don’t need constant hand-holding to get work done. You care about output as much as we do.
• You are a natural project management talent: you care about bringing complex projects with lots of different stakeholders to a successful end.
• You like to research and trendwatch, prepare your findings in an appealing and clear presentation.
• You have good communication skills.
• The ideal candidate knows how to set up lean experiments with low/no-code tools.
• Language requirement: English is a must. Arabic is a bonus.
• No specific diploma required.
