Responsibilities:
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date financial records.
– Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
– Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment processing.
– Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
– Assist in preparing tax doents and supporting doents for audits.
Qualifications:
– 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
– Proficiency in accounting
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities
