Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support company goals and objectives
- Partner with senior leadership to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our HR strategies are competitive and effective.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the HR budget and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Atleast 5-7 years of experience in HR.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with data analysis and metrics
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Experience with budget management
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
