POSITION : VM Manager

Permenant contract/ United Arab Emirates

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Based in Dubai, you directly report to the VM Director EME and supervise the stores of Middle Eastern countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait).

Maintain and implement visual standards across CELINE stores in the Middle Eastern countries to ensure an on-brand and consistent client journey throughout the retail network. Ensure CELINE visual standards represented across store merchandising, product launches, events, special animations, and store openings. Assist in the creative effort, specifically spearheading budgeting and production, to imbue in-store experience with innovation and animation supporting larger zone sales objectives as well as strategic ambitions.

Your impact

Liaise with the local and global Visual Merchandising teams to follow VM guidelines and ensure proper visual representation in the stores.

Weekly store visits to the west coast region to implement product launches and visual rotations following global VM guidelines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

DAILY REPORTING AND VM GUIDELINES FOLLOW UP

• Collect all VM reports from regions and give feedback according to VM Guidelines
• Participate to in-store rotations in order to create and share best practices displays (field)
• VM support for new openings, events, special projects, pop up’s, installations, etc.
• Manage orders of VM props for the retail network. Follow up with the local warehouse and global logistics to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

STORE OPENINGS

• Participate in all retail briefs (Openings, Retrofits)
• Be the link between VM Director, Retail and local VM teams
• Work actively on VM zonings and their follow up
• Frequent travels to plan

PROFIILE

• At least 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising at a Managerial level in luxury industry.
• Project management skills
• University/ postgraduate in management for fashion industries
• Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, PPT or Youbic app) and Windows Office pack
• Fluent in Italian with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• High interest in Arts and Fashion
