We are seeking a Manager to join our Strategy and Consulting department based in our Dubai office.

Our Strategy and Consulting team comprises experienced professionals with international advisory experience offering bespoke and localised consulting services. The team leverages their global expertise to offer tailored advice to clients in the MENA region covering all real estate classes including residential, office, hospitality, education and mixed-use developments, among others. The team partners with developers, investment companies, family offices and the government and delivers real estate investment strategies reports aligned with prevailing and forecasted market conditions.

You will be expected to help our team successfully deliver recommendations and drive implementation for our clients in the following areas:

• Portfolio strategy
• Master planning
• Financial feasibility
• Benchmarking analysis
• Market study
• Price and rental review
• Highest and best-use analysis

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead projects by overseeing junior team members and managing clients’ expectations by understanding their strategic objectives and priorities.
• Ensure high quality deliverables are being produced and lead business meetings to present market findings to clients.
• Create financial models across all core real estate sectors and asset classes.
• Perform complex feasibility/highest and best use analysis, develop sophisticated tools and creative approaches that will allow our clients to optimise their real estate portfolios.
• Assist in efforts to leverage insights, collaboration and delivery to ensure that we are the industry leader in real estate data and research.
• Analyse clients’ real estate portfolios and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals.
• Follow developments in all property market segments across the Middle East and prepare customised market reports for clients.
• Support the Associate Partner/Head of Department in managing execution of client engagements to ensure excellence, consistency and profitability.
• Support training and development of junior team members through project execution and reviewing client deliverables in detail to ensure successful project completion by meeting tight deadlines.
• Support the Associate Partner/Head of Department in new business opportunities by identifying areas for growth, participating in proposal creation and business pitches.
• Support in the management and development of the Strategy and Consulting team with the overall goal of improving performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of real estate related experience, with an emphasis on consulting/advisory work.
• A master’s degree in commerce or real estate is essential.
• Strong background and proven experience with portfolio strategy/planning and financial analysis.
• GCC work experience along with a strong grasp of the local and GCC real estate market is essential.
• Advanced real estate financial modelling skills are mandatory, including the ability to create financial models comprising various phasing strategies and operational elements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Proactive and should enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Ability to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Fluency in Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
