We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work in our busy office. You will be responsible for the accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Task & Duties:
Responsible for accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
Responsible for petty cash handling.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Create and update expense report.
Cash & Cheque deposits.
Maintain digital & physical financial records.
Prepare Proforma invoices.
Prepare final invoices & send to customers and sales staffs.
Review & file payroll documents.
Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment vouchers.
Reconcile customer accounts and payment follow-up.
Booking flight tickets and hotel arrangements.
Ability to review credit card bills & recording transactions.
Knowledge about Vat will be an advantage.
Ability to prepare reports on demand.
Assisting senior account on all maters for the smooth running of accounting department.
Assisting with Sales Support tasks
Creating quotations
Skills:
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and plan/prioritize workload.
Familiarity with finance regulations.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Good in MS office 365. Advance excel knowledge will be huge advantage.
Accounting degree would be an advantage.
English is a requirement both written and spoken Fluently.
Knowledge about CRM is an advantage
