We are currently looking to recruit an Office Admin/Sales Support person to work in our busy office. You will be part of our sales support team.
Requirements
Prior office Sales Support/administration experience is required.
You will be required to work on SA and produce quotations. Also creating projects using our in-house software.
You must be proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programmes.
You must have an eye for detail and the ability to work without Supervision.
Excellent communication skills are a must and you will be required to handle confidential information.
You should have good presentation skills.
You will be creating agendas and taking the minutes of meetings, you should be able to prepare reports on demand. You must have ability to work under pressure and plan/prioritize workload. Also, knowledge on DMCC online portal would be an advantage.
English is a requirement both written and spoken fluently.
Arabic speaking would be a huge advantage.
