V.I.E – Retail & Travel Retail Coordinator – Dubai

MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the UAE Commercial Team in the role of V.I.E – Retail & Travel Retail Coordinator – Dubai, your role will be to collaborate on the implementation of major tools and projects to optimize the performance of Retail, Travel Retail and Partners business. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in November 2022, the position is based in Dubai.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• GLOBAL PROJECTS COORDINATION
• Accompany the Implementation of new projects developed locally or internationally (Innovation Programs, Retail Projects, etc.)
• Plan, coordinate and conduct training related to new projects’ implementation
• Provide regular feedback and reports on new projects to the Retail Management

• TOUCHPOINTS FOCUS
• Implement and update monthly the Staffing Optimization Tool, and provide feedback to the Retail Management
• Visit regularly all the touchpoints to evaluate operations efficiency and monitor compliance to the Maison guidelines
• Support the Area Sales Manager and the Partners Manager in definition and follow up of KPI’s & targets
• Assist the Area Sales Manager and the Partners Manager in their daily tasks
• Develop & implement reporting tools to monitor the business performance and identify growth opportunities within the UAE ecosystem

• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSIGHT
• Coordinate and build all presentations related to the Commercial team, and ensure teamwork with other departments’ stakeholders
• Collaborate to the organization of monthly meetings with Boutique Team Leaders and Managers to follow up on Global Action Plan
• Update information on competition (Retail, Wholesale, Travel Retail & Fragrance) within the scope, commercial assets, pricing, network development (expansion and visibility)
• Participate to the creation of all Boutique Brief & Score Card for any new touchpoint opening / renovation / relocation

• Master’s Degree from a Business School
• 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial or retail environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively
• Good knowledge of project coordination
• Fluent in English and French
