About the role
Responsible to prepare quotations, technical submittals/clarifications & replying to consultant comments as and when required, preparation of heat load calculations, designing, etc. to be carried out in line with the company EH&S and total quality management system process and procedures
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and ensure optimized (commercial & technical) selection of units.
- Create quotations & implement a robust follow/up process with the application manager & sales team to ensure the highest closing ratio.
- Ensure accurate project costing
- Create technical & commercial submittals in line with project stakeholders requirements’ & ensure minimum turnbacks.
- Support Consultants, end users, contractors, and dealers in selecting Carrier’s equipment.
- Ensure customers are updated with the latest product literature
- Assist the sales coordinators in filing all documents as per the ISO/ACE requirements
- Check the quotation files and update them as per ISO/Ace requirements
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or relevant certificate
- Excellent Computer skills with working knowledge of A/C Software/Design, Market awareness
- Fluent in English
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning abilities, result oriented, presentable with a good personality
