Requirements

To be successful in the role of Marketing and Communications Officer you need to have:

Competencies

2+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing techniques and best practices Ability to execute marketing and communications strategy and plan Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to promote and sell company products Customer focus mindset Knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems will be a plus Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities Demonstrate an attention to detail Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license in UAE Well versed in English and Arabic

Qualifications and Academics

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Communications Officer you will be responsible for the below:
Conduct channel events
a) Annual Meetings – Finalize awards, award winners, presentations, product launch/display
b) Annual trips for Dealers
Plan and execute all internal and external events (HVAC Expo, Seminars, new branch opening, Product launches, Trainings, Town halls etc. ) Launching promotional campaign (costing, gift, media) Improve Carrier visibility through instore presence and project signboards Maintain Social Media channels Plan and conduct digital Campaigns Manage and Update country Website Conduct dealer/site visits to get the project and market info. Quarterly WDB updates Price benchmarking for residential & light commercial 1Develop and distribute Press releases
