The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. ResponsibilitiesAdminister various human resources plans and procedures for all employees; assist in development, implementation and provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.Manage the recruitment cycle by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, conducting interviews and managing the hiring process.Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.Develop and implement effective induction plans and/or on-the-job learning programs for new joiners, internal transfers and promoted team members, in coordination with concerned departments.Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.Track and maintain records of employee performance evaluations.Support the management with the compensation & benefits programs and renewal, including but not limited to health insurance, incentives, and allowances.Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.Coordinate with the KPIs and performance management process with concerned partiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.Generate HR reports as needed for management and compliance purposes.Consult with and advise the HODs on disciplinary and grievance matters.Supervise HR admin, including but not limited to recruitment, end of employment, leaves, payroll, personnel records, and other employee-related activities, thus ensuring records are maintained and updated efficiently and accurately. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area3+ years’ of experience working in Human ResourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skills
