TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position ensures sales queries are made into reality, crafting day to day enquires and steering them to bookings.
Essentials of this role is to work with agents, GSA’s in the market and segregate the opportunities into our limited main deck capacity and allow space for high yield/value products in the region.
Identifying total revenue potentials of a flight and win the decision from LEAP, revenue management, network management, A2 & A3 RM teams.
The role will assist Sales Manager GCC (Sales & Marketing) and CM GCC in managing overall capacity utilization @ flight level, route cargo, and take leadership in commercial cargo planning in the GCC between customer, sales and OPS (including GHAs).
Summary of responsibilities
- Take responsibility for handling all queries and covert them into business, value-based opportunities are to be prioritized.
- Assist to execute a plan of day to day sale, be there for local agents.
- Take a pivotal role in directing the capacity planning of all flights from GCC vs booked cargo, uphold the instruction from reslux & network management.
- Implement regional rate sheet issued by Pricing, LEAP pricing, and sell high rates accordingly.
- Plan online & offline flights, support all GCC stations remotely to send load plans to operations, define positions and load ability based on total sale vs capacity available.
- Target customer building, be aware of market shifts and competitions of 747F vs B777F & A330F.
- Gather latest information of competition, new market entries, schedule changes, updates on embargoes.
- Achieving the goal of yield, capacity utilization and sales targets alongside Sales Manager GCC.
- Assist GCC GSA’s to perform according to the business plan defined by Sales Manager GCC.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Operational knowledge
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Communicate effectively and assertively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Fully PC literate in word and excel
- Driving license is required
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to coordinate with VIP customers
