What youll do

As a Supply Chain Lead, youll be a fundamental part of the team which drives the operations for our dark stores within an area. This is a unique role with the opportunity to create genuine impact for the lives of everyday people in our region.

Were looking for someone with a keen eye for understanding the crux of operational challenges and co-relate them with data, and who is able to quickly get visibility from data. Should be a fast learner and adaptable to the team as this role is cross functional. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong set of fundamental business skills problem solving, business acumen, strong communication, and project management.

Supply Chain: Lead and on daily monitoring end to end and check on the processes. Should be able to relate data and the on-ground process. Develop and implement frameworks such as 5why, lean, and sync up with store ops & suppliers to make ops more efficient in receiving and outbound front. Apply the MECE approach and lead as an example.
Operations: Support our day-to-day store operations in partnership with store supervisors and shoppers. Balance your time between behind-the-desk problem solving and strategic thinking, and on-ground operations and problem solving. Be willing to lend an extra hand to the store teams as necessary.
Develop & Optimize Processes: Monitor service experience and health, and in-store operations and challenges, to identify the biggest operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and work on solutions in collaboration with various teams.
Develop Relationships: Foster strong relationships with markets, functional teams, external and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and productive working relationships.

2-3 years of experience in professional environments specially working with technology companies, retail or Q-commerce industry
Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel
Fast learner – lots of things to comprehend in a very short time span
