What you’ll do?

The Programme Manager will oversee the Incubator operations and programme activities that focus on nurturing, growing and scaling start-ups. Responsibilities will include:

• Development & management of incubator programme, proposing changes or improvements when and if necessary.
• Develop and execute an operational and engagement strategy for the entire community including startups, investors, mentors, advisors, and domain experts.
• Design, implement & support the incubator’s outreach programmes & events.
• Manage day to day activities and connections between start-ups and internal partners and stakeholders.
• Management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and start-ups.
• Be the switchboard for the start-ups to access relevant resources and connections.
• Assist in attracting start-ups. Manage the on-boarding of qualified start-ups.
• Manage the outreach, scouting, attracting and on-boarding of mentors.
• Support start-ups and alumni to be licensed and set-up in Dubai.
• Cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups and mentors.

Where you’ll be?

• Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
• You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
