HR Administrator
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• UAE Labor Law Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of UAE labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all HR activities are aligned with legal guidelines.
• Insurance Management: Coordinate and facilitate employee insurance applications, including medical, life, and other relevant insurance policies.
• Liaise with insurance providers to ensure accurate coverage and resolve any issues that arise.
• Record Keeping and Filing: Maintain meticulous records of employee information, contracts, benefits, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of physical and digital records for easy accessibility and compliance.
• Leave Tracking: Monitor and manage employee leave balances, ensuring accurate accrual and utilization.
• Regularly update leave records and communicate with employees and managers to ensure leave requests are processed effectively.
• Documentation and Contracts: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and issuing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, conducting initial training, and ensuring new employees complete all necessary paperwork.
• Handle administrative tasks related to employee separations, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration, specifically within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
