MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Streamline all Website related processes and ensure its locally updated, maintained, and audited.

Successful candidate will be the go-to person for all things Web operations and user journeys.

You will have the opportunity to inspire the people around you, present your findings to stakeholders and help shape the company’s future experiences. Teamwork, influence, stakeholder management and collaboration are key to the role. Communicating at the right level is vital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Local pages – responsible for the correct briefing & co-ordination of local content (Corporate & BU), eg. events, promotions, local articles, working with outsourced publishing agency (Lionbridge). Local point of contact for errors/issues reporting & ensuring fixes deployed satisfactorily
• 
  Digital governance – responsible for briefing & education on central governance policies (website, domains, social, digital visual identity, etc) & the adherence to / enforcement of policy
