Canadian Specialist Hospital Hiring for Quality Assurance Officer Job at Dubai Full Time

Managing and implementing the quality improvement protocols and programs along with accreditation activities hospital-wide & its documentations by tracking validity for revisions.
Has to have a good understanding of the Healthcare quality standards, measurable elements and intents of the JCI functions.

To assist the QI Director in:

• Developing Quality Improvement plans by promoting and facilitating cost-effective resource utilizations.
• Establishing priorities for investigations of adverse impacts.
• Establishing system-wide variance database for benchmarking, system improvement opportunities, and resources management through Quality Facilitators for staff education and trainings.
• Serve as resource to various departments and provide assistance to committees in meeting their Quality Assurance objectives and ensuring its documentations.
• Develop & monitor effective patient care review and evaluation mechanisms.
• Based on the evaluation of the patient’s medical records identifies concern areas and plans for the improvement.
• Directs implementation and maintenance of technical guidelines within the frameworks.
• To Identify & to improvise the system best practice models to support continuous quality assurance and risk management for Hospitals various programs.
• To Justify the need for training in Quality Assurance processes and methods and either works with appropriate groups to initiate training or teaches in areas of expertise.
• Monitor & report non-compliances for all Hospital accreditation standards.
• To develop programs to facilitate system expansion and standardization.
• Random/ regular inspection of facility with committee (Infection Control, Patient Safety, Facility Safety) creating action plan and taking regular follow-ups.
• To conduct & analyze various surveys, quality rounds and report preparations.

QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILL:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mgmt., Nursing or any medical related field.
• 2-3 years quality management experience in a Health Care facility.
• Knowledge in DHA and MOH rules and regulations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
