Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new Student Recruitment Manager (MENA & Turkey) ONCAMPUS Loughborough) to join our ONCAMPUS division, part of the larger Cambridge Education Group. The role will be on a full-time, permanent basis with the location in Dubai, UAE.
As a Student Recruitment Manager (SRM), the successful candidate will have the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for our new ONCAMPUS Loughborough centre through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels in the Middle East, North America (MENA) and Turkey regions.
Central to this role will be supporting key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days from various regions MENA and Turkey regions. The Student Recruitment Manager will also support agent and student visits to ONCAMPUS Loughborough, collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to increase the conversion rate and recruit new students.
We expect the Student Recruitment Manager to take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for ONCAMPUS Loughborough in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives
- Provide training to agents and counsellors through visits and training sessions
- Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days
- Support agent and student visits to ONCAMPUS Loughborough
Personal specification & experience we look for:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales role (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people (essential)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team (essential)
- Proactive approach to problem solving (essential)
- Excellent people management skills (essential)
