Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-ins.Patient Liaison:Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment details.Administrative Support:Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.Assist in coordinating and organizing clinic events or promotions.Appointment Scheduling:Efficiently manage appointment schedules, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient flow.Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling as needed.Cash Handling:Process patient payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.Collaborate with the finance department for billing-related inquiries.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in a similar aesthetic clinic setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Filipino nationality preferred
