We are looking to hire female “Clients Relations professional” for one of the leading Business Setup organizations in Dubai who is offering services like, Business Setup, Serviced office solution, accounting services & Government liaison services.

The ideal candidate will be a SPOC to an assigned group of clients & internal execution team, who’ll be taking care of documentation processes, Timely updates & follow-ups etc. To ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Salary: Up to 6,000 AED

Work Location: Dubai

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communications skills
• Salesforce experience or knowledge is preferred
• Must have minimum of 2 – 3 years of UAE experience working with Business setup, Banking, Finance OR Insurance industry
• Required an Immediate joiner

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with key decision-makers in business to understand business service-related needs.
• Maintain healthy client relationships with regular review meetings, proactive telephone, and email communication, and a constant honest exchange of information.
• Understand the clients’ needs and assess the problem /requirement and liaise closely with them throughout requirement, often on a daily basis.
• Establish relationships with new clients and identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ clients and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
• Work closely with the fellow departments to resolve the issue and ensure that the tasks are completed on time to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide clear understanding to the internal team of the requirement and expectations of the clients and provide insight into service improvement
