We are looking for a Architect who is also good at Handling all authority related liaising, who would fit into our growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be involved in the daily management of the Architectural Design Process

2. Will be involved in design, draft and 3D modeling using but not limited to CAD, Revit, Archicad, Sketch up etc…

3. Ability to co ordinate with multiple set of designers from our end client on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation.

4. Coordinate among multiple disciplines and manage deliverables on schedule

5. Other duties as requested from time to time.

Qualities & skills required:

1. Degree in Architecture with 5+ years of experience of Engineering Consultants in the Middle East

2. Familiar with Local authority design requirements for Building design from DM, Trakhees, EMAAR, DDA, Nakheel, DCCA etc…

3. Familiar with International Building Code for building design.

4. Must have experience with modern building construction techniques as well as typical construction methods in the Middle East.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture

2. Knowledge of Local Authorities and Approvals such as DM, DDA, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKHEES etc

Minimum Experience:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Architectural consultancy field

2. Registered with DM, Trakhees, DDA – As an architect or with a valid card respectively – Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
