Operations:
– Develop and organize high quality correspondence, agendas, presentations, project documents, and reports independently and in coordination with other teams
– Arrange and manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and communications
– Coordinate and facilitate new joiners’ onboarding by curating and coordinating documentation, communications, training, and support
– Innovate and drive efficiencies, organization, coordination, and other administrative support responsibilities across teams
Operational Program Management:
– Lead and/or support administrative and operational programs
– Coordinate across individuals and processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects
– Embed PMO discipline and governance within the reporting, presentations, executive summaries, and dashboards developed to detail, track, monitor, present, and highlight risks, actions, and progress to better inform decision-making and goal-setting
Requirements
– Minimum of 5-7+ years of project management experience; marketing and social media platform experience preferred
– Experience developing, supporting, and managing cross-functional projects
– Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the desire to learn and develop further
– Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and with a high degree of agility within a team in a rapidly growing, dynamic, and fast-paced business environment
– Highly competent using project management tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)
– Lead efforts to evaluate and redesign processes to align with the company’s rapid growth and commitment to quality
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the form of project management documentation in both Arabic and English (ideally)
– Ability to work independently with exemplary time and task management skills
