Candidate Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale establishment in UAE
-knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
-knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and policies and the ability to enforce the same
-good communication, organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude and social perceptiveness
