BV Hiring for HR Executive Job at Dubai Full Time

• Preparing reports and presentations on Employee life cycle-related metrics
• Updating and maintaining internal systems and records for new hire data, existing and exiting employees
• Preparing Visa ,Civil ID & other labour related documents for new applications, transfers, cancellations, and renewals
• Coordinating with PRO and visa officers for a visa, medical test processing
• Ensuring that the end-to-end visa and immigration process always supports a positive candidate experience
• Managing and coordinating with the HR Business Partner and employees
• Previous HR experience in UAE Visa Processing and on MOHRE portal is mandatory.
• Outstanding IT skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic will be an advantage
• A positive can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 Per month
