- Preparing reports and presentations on Employee life cycle-related metrics
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and records for new hire data, existing and exiting employees
- Preparing Visa ,Civil ID & other labour related documents for new applications, transfers, cancellations, and renewals
- Coordinating with PRO and visa officers for a visa, medical test processing
- Ensuring that the end-to-end visa and immigration process always supports a positive candidate experience
- Managing and coordinating with the HR Business Partner and employees
- Previous HR experience in UAE Visa Processing and on MOHRE portal is mandatory.
- Outstanding IT skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic will be an advantage
- A positive can-do attitude
