Job Description
We are a leading multinational company specializing in logistics and supply chain solutions. With our strong presence in Dubai, DubaiLink Logistics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for executives and visiting clients.
Prepare and edit doents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic records.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and redirecting them appropriately.
Assist with the coordination and execution of company events and meetings.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
Support the HR department with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
