About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive business strategies to increase market reach and penetration within the GCC region.Drive the introduction and implementation of Dubai Trades products and services across the GCC region, ensuring offerings are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the regional market.Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and share objectives, contributing to the overall business plan.Establish and maintain high-level relationships with companies at CXO/MD/Senior Management levels, showcasing how Dubai Trade can enhance their supply chain and logistics performance.Develop a commercial roadmap for Value-Added Services across new and existing products.Establish strategic partnerships with Digital and Industry partners to enhance our overall offering.Identify adoption strategy gaps and align priorities based on requirement urgency.Gather and maintain business intelligence, including key customer pain points, technology innovations, and business excellence.Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the trade and logistics sector, leveraging insights to make informed strategic decisions.Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including partnerships with key stakeholders in the trade and logistics ecosystem, alliances, and new market segments.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business development activities to management.Qualifications and ExperienceEssential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Desirable Qualification: Supply Chain certifications.RequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the same industry or market segment.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
