As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.Conduct in-depth meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions for setup and expansion.Identify new business opportunities, including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.Present customized recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements, and market opportunities.Assess and prepare all necessary documentation for the business setup process.Manage client portfolios to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and internal databases.Develop high-impact solutions for clients, leveraging client knowledge and opportunity management.Upsell and cross-sell to deliver added value to clients and promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.Develop strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process.Requirements:Proven track record in prospecting and exceeding outbound sales targets, with a high conversion rate.4+ years of sales experience in a KPI-focused, outcome-driven environment.History of speaking with and pitching to senior stakeholders (CEOs, Managing Directors, etc.).Ability to research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, and additional products and services.Skilled in data analysis and forecasting.High attention to detail in creating, reviewing, and managing documents and databases.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (additional languages are a plus).Qualifications:Passionate about personal development, demonstrated by a curiosity to learn and implement new skills.Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented.Able to manage senior stakeholders independently.Excellent interpersonal skills; a natural people person with enthusiasm and a “make it happen” attitude.Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish; meticulous, organized, highly skilled at prioritization and resilient.Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.Able to represent the business with a professional and positive attitude at all times.Outbound sales experience in business setup/company formation (preferred, not required).
