Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Admin | CRM Admin | Property Listing Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role entails overseeing a broad range of tasks relating to real estate management and operations, including property listing and CRM management. The incumbent will be responsible for providing effective assistance to the real estate team, while maintaining positive stakeholder relations.Salary: 4500 AED – Negotiable depends on experience in Dubai Real Estate Qualifications A university degree or diploma in real estate, business administration, or related fields is preferred Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate administration/management, CRM administration, and property listing/leasing is requiredProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platformsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities while meeting deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentComplete knowledge of different DLD formsComplete knowledge of paperwork of secondary market both residential and commercial properties Solid knowledge of DLD, Bayut, Dubizzle & Property Finder
