One of our client is are looking to hire for a Level 1 Security Engineers for technical support operations. Candidates with CCSP certification and experience are preferred.

• Handle and support Security project implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Respond to incidents.
• Should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
• Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are resolved as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation matrix defined.
• Prompt update of the tickets in Service Desk system for all the issues handled
• Should work towards enhancement of his skill set on a continual basis
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.
• Resolve customer queries/ issues and achieve customer delight.

• Firewalls

• Anti-Viruses

• Products:

FortiGate / Palo Alto / Cisco Firepower / Crowdstrike / Sophos / AntiSpam, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
