Job Overview:Customer Service Agent, will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by assisting with their rental needs and ensuring a smooth rental process. Roles and Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with rental inquiries, reservations, and concerns.Managing rental reservations, including inputting customer information, rental details, and additional services into the system accurately.Providing information on rental policies, rates, and available vehicles to customers.Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Upselling additional services, upgrades, and insurance options to customers as appropriate.Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing paperwork, and maintaining customer records.Adhering to company policies, procedures, and rental regulations at all times.Collaborating with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Qualifications/Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer issues with tact and diplomacy.Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles is preferred, although entry-level positions may be available for candidates with less experience.Experience in the customer service industry, preferably within the automotive or rental sector, is advantageous.
