As a Business Process Analyst, you are part of a young and driven team. As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll:

• be responsible for charting the order process for B2B and B2C webshops.
• work as a Lead Business Analyst on the assigned engagement.
• manage order process until the order is transferred to the ERP system.
• create process optimisations, translate them into stories and deliver a Request For Change (RFC).
• test the delivered RFCs into the development environment and ensure smooth implementation, including linking the interface.
• prepare a functional specification for customisations as per the requirement.
• translate the needs of the business into solutions within the technology landscape.
• coordinate with internal stakeholders such as purchase, sales business units and the tech logistics department.
• Work according to the Scrum method and other Business Analysts and Product Owners.

You are a pro in identifying a problem and then coming up with a solution. With your creative problem-solving mindset, you develop new solutions in no time. Besides this, you communicate well with different stakeholders and can deliver a clear message to your target group.

You:

• have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent;
• gained at least three years of working experience in a similar position;
• have relevant experience as an E-commerce Business Process Analyst;
• have experience and knowledge with APIs, Process modelling software and ERP systems;
• are experienced in analysing, designing and modelling business processes;
• prefer to work according to the scrum method;
• are a real team player who quickly gets people on board;
• have excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
