British Salon Hiring for Receptionist for British owned salon Job at Dubai Full Time

Taking telephones calls, answering text messages from clients wishing to book appointments as well as welcoming clients into the salon

Entering appointments into an online diary for our 14 therapists

Taking salon payments from clients and submitting daily sales to management

Creating online payment links and reconciling credit card payments

Creating logistics plans for our drivers to drive our therapists across Dubai to their appointments

Keeping in touch with therapists when they are out on the road to ensure they arrive to appointments on time and informing clients if they are delayed or stuck in traffic

The successful candidate can expect:

2000dhs salary paid on 1st of every month with a 500dhs bonus for excellent work

Free lovely accommodation shared with out therapists – THIS IS A LIVE-IN POSITION ONLY

One set day off per week

Experience and Skills required:

Excellent spoken and written English

Polite and friendly telephone manner

Good knowledge of all areas within Dubai

Able to cope under pressure and able to use initiative

VISA – MUST HOLD A VISIT VISA OR CANCELLED VISA. LOCAL HIRE ONLY
