CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH LOGISTICS BACKGROUND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor Degree holder

· Proficient in oral and written English communication.

· Must have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service & logistics related processes.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Showcase proactive attitude & good leadership skills to carry team members along.

· Excellent time management & organizational skills.

· Ability to work within tight deadlines & Multitask.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel skills.

· Good knowledge/experience in Custom standards, HS Codes, and incoterms.

PREFERENCE: Prior experience in logistics/Aviation/Freight forwarding industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
