Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Junior Analyst, the primary role will be to provide exceptional support for hardware, software, network, and peripherals, ensuring an excellent experience for internal customers while adhering to company policies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient communication and problem-solving.
• Utilizing your technical expertise to promptly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Effectively managing the ticket queue and maintaining comprehensive documentation for a streamlined workflow.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical individuals, enhancing the overall support experience.

In this role, your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality support, promoting collaboration, resolving issues efficiently, streamlining workflow, and facilitating effective communication within the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•Fluent in English – Arabic and Portuguese will be a plus

•Proven experience in providing technical support in hardware, software, network, and peripheral devices.

•Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac platforms

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience using ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
