Job Description
Lead and oversee the development, implementation and execution of all talent management and talent acquisition strategies & processes through collaboration with the respective HRMs.
Implement and execute strategies, tools and processes related to talent management and learning coming from the Global Talent team.
Deliver talent services for External Markets, plus provide support to HRMs through coaching, best practice, sharing of new initiatives, roll out of systems to ensure consistent application of Talent services in the region.
Strive to implement a learning culture within External markets with innovative concepts and deliverables whilst continuously seeking inspiring methods to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Develop high quality training material and customize where required including delivery.
Be actively involved in the daily operations of the Talent Specialists to ensure successful delivery of respective initiatives.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and Employee Services to ensure smooth operations between all pillars creating HR efficiency to the business.
Consolidate all reporting information for respective business functions
Academic Background
University degree in HR or related field
Desirable requirements
Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation.
Strategic, innovative and thinking outside of the box
Project Management experience.
High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions (i.e. SAP-HR)
Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to implement global standards, processes and programs
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience
6+ years of proven experience in Talent Management and L&D (multinational FMCG preferred)
3+ years of experience in people management
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
