BRF Hiring for Communications Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

Working hand in hand with the Leadership Team the role holder will be involved in all aspects of Corporate, Internal and Project Communications as well as Copy Editing.

• Deliver comms initiatives identified in the business agenda that drive improvement and a high performance culture
• Build strong internal networks and drive change management, communication and leadership of comms initiatives
• Drive and maintain internal communication systems that will continually embed our culture and values
• Support the HR function to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the BRF.
• Develop and manage the content plan for internal communication in line with strategic and operational requirements. Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders.
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with people internally
• Interpret internal communications data and user feedback to evaluate and improve internal communications and employee engagement.
• Monitor presence of main competitors on offline and online media using media monitoring and social listening tools. Provide management with managerial reports on own and competitive presence in media
• Ensure alignment with BRF Global reputation targets and Halal regional strategy
• Determine and align strategies on corporate (BRF) and brand (Sadia) external communications and how/when/why do they collide
• Design, plan and execute yearly PR and external communications agenda with clear strategy
• Work conjointly with agency on messaging, look and feel and activities
• Manage work fronts and interdependence between external agencies
• Manage external comms budget

• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with people internally,
• Plan and organise regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between management and employees, as well as colleagues in different teams to encourage knowledge sharing.
• Interpret internal communications data and user feedback to evaluate and improve internal communications and employee engagement.
• In collaboration with the Global Comms team, manage the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect BRF perception and reputation
• Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
• Assist in one or more processes.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication or Business related

• Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality, where necessary
• Good judgement and ability to interpret information
• IT skills including use of social media, content management, word processing, spreadsheets, email, image editing
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines and other demands or challenges
• Project management skills to manage regional and/or local reach initiatives
• High level of research skills to propose new creative solutions to drive employees’ engagement

• English | Arabic is mandatory
• 5+years of experience in the related field (external and internal comms) in the matrix organization
• External communications (corporate and/or brand PR) is a priority, internal communications experience is a plus
• Dominant knowledge of MENA media channels and proven knowledge of strategic application of each one
• Experience of working closely with Senior colleagues and strong experience of building networks and relationships to deliver results
