Main Purpose of JobTo provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with breast cancer, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust breast care outpatient service, incorporating diagnostics, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical and psychological assessments of patients.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to clinical standards.Provide education, support, and guidance to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.Ensure patients understand their treatment options, providing clear and concise information.Deliver pre- and post-treatment care, support, and counseling, including information on treatment options and associated processes.Contribute to the promotion of breast care services in the local community through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in NursingRelevant postgraduate qualification or certification in breast care nursingMinimum of five years of nursing experience, with extensive experience in breast care nursing and associated processes. Proven ability to work in advanced practice, managing complex situations for breast disease patients.Required Skills and KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)Proficiency in Microsoft applicationsComprehensive knowledge of patient safety standardsStrong client service and management principles
