Brain Freeze Interior Hiring for Project Engineer at Dubai Full Time

The Project Engineer will be involved in the execution of full turnkey interior fit-out projects (Civil + MEP) for mainly Luxury Villas, F&B & Retail Units inside shopping malls and with major developers.

• Must have minimum 5 years Interior Fitout experience in Villas, Commercial, restaurants, retails, hospitality projects.
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
• Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit- out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
• Excellent understanding of the design process is necessary from conceptual, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specification and administration to completion.
• Execute a day to day operations related with project management for Fitout, refurbishment, design & build including scope, procurement, communication, time, risk, project human resources, close out.
• Enforce rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety measures at site and surpassing standards of quality.
• Create a project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage the budget of the assigned project
• Regularly communicate with architects, engineers, designers and contractors to ensure project success
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, deviations from targets, returns and other related issues.
• Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality. Monitor and control materials release from suppliers.
• Good Knowledge and understanding in quotation & Tender submissions. AutoCAD, Primavera, Ms Excel.
