The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Growth and Emerging Markets, works closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify recruiting solutions to meet those needs. Develops, initiates and executes sourcing and recruiti
ng strategies. Manages multiple clients and competing demands to attract qualified candidates and fill open positions while positioning the organization as an Employer of Choice. As this is a new creation role, this person will also educate and train the Hiring Managers on the recruitment processes and tools.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate recruitment process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
Prepare, extend an negotiate competitive job offers.
Utilize recruiting processes to leverage and enhance resume tracking software. Engage resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function and eliminates non-value added work. Focus on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to improve the staffing process, policies and strategy. Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers updated as appropriate while effectively interacting with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
Troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process.
Work with outside agencies and vendors to support recruiting processes.
Coordinate and manage TA project requirements with supervisors and managers.
Proactively building a candidates talent pool for critical roles and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
What are we looking for in you
Knowledge & Experience
BS/BA degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5-6 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience in recruitment agency is a plus. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a strong-plus.
Experience of recruiting in emerging and new markets across the MENA region.
Ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools as well as proactive recruiting.
Good client-facing recruitment experience required, including building candidate pipelines
Proven expertise in face-to-face and online interviewing, including competency based interviews
Must be skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred), CRMs (Candidate Relationship Management) tool and/or other HRIS systems
High English level and a high/native level of Arabic and/or Turkish its a must.
