Transformation Lead- Supply Chain GEM Region Job

WORK LOCATION : DUBAI , United Arab Emirates

Purpose of the Role:

With a region spanning of more than 50 countries, Growth Emerging Markets are one of the fasted growing regions within Boston Scientific Worldwide. We are hiring a Supply Chain Transformational Lead to support on implementation of supply chain strategies within the region supporting our growth plans in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads transformation End to End Supply Chain workstreams ensuring timely execution supporting global strategic supply chain objectives.
• Drives end to end supply chain capability improvement & transformation programs.
• Partners with global supply chain leaders (Operations, Planning, Freight, Customer Services, Global PMO teams) and business leaders to ensure transformation activities are inline with our customer expectations.
• Leading identification of supply chain needs and initiating end-to-end supply chain strategies in support of Global Supply Chain strategies and evolving global customer needs.
• Lead financial planning for Supply Chain improvement programs in the region.
• Effectively manage resource deployment across multiple priorities, working closely with multiple cross functional global teams.
• Lead initiatives to develop and implement harmonized and standardized best practice processes for new end to end supply chain capabilities
• Leads internal collaboration of teams and/or stakeholders across the enterprise, leveraging a broad range of cross-functional skills and perspectives to create innovative solutions.
• Communicates Transformation Workstream statuses through status reports, participating in departmental project status update meetings.
• Participates in special projects as they arise, including compliance reviews, financial audits, and due diligence reviews.
• Support end-to-end supply chain alignment and leadership of product lifecycle management activities and priorities.
• Create and implement best practices based on global industry standards

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the medical device business
• Results Driven / Constantly focused on delivering results.
• Deep and cross-functional end to end supply chain capability, process, and leading practice knowledge.
• Experience in dealing with ERP, WMS systems and Supply Chain Analytics.
• Breadth of knowledge including supply chain design, customer requirements, key supply chain capabilities, and differentiated business requirements.
• Ability to influence teams / communicate effectively / Collaborate and develop strong relationships.
• Previous program/project management & people management expertise on developing and implementing processes for new supply chain solutions
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of business and supply chain strategies in Emerging Markets.

Education:

• Masters or Bachelors Degree or equivalent degree required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
