Job Description
- Follows up with customers and sales team orders/ campaign/ promotion/ new launches.
- Working closely with marketing and operation team. Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary. Arranges internal meetings with sales and marketing.
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
- Support any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Engineering Faculties (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering), Business, Economics, MIS, Informatics

- Significant project and/or internship experience demonstrating individual and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Result orientation with problem solving and analytical approach.
- High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for the business units.
- Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines.
- Active user of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
