Boeing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader based from Dubai, UAE to support the growing requirements across the Middle East & Africa region. You will lead a team tasked with hiring the best possible talent for Boeing, operating as ‘player-coach’. This is a strategically important region within the Boeing family!
We need a TA guru committed to operational excellence. A driven leader in their field who brings innovative, creativity and passion for Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting time to be in HR and Talent Acquisition at Boeing. This position will play an active role in our transformation where success will open up career opportunities. This role is based from our Dubai office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.
Position Duties and Activities:
Delivers complex and critical hires for the business
Leads a team balancing resources, workload allocation and priorities
Deliver innovative sourcing solutions, generate diverse talent pools and interview shortlists
Promote social media content to help articulate our value proposition in each geography
Own the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond
Builds partnering relationships with senior leaders translating business objectives into practical talent plans
Coaches, trains and mentors the team to deliver best in class services
See the value in every person, diversity & inclusion at the heart of what you do
Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience with Talent Acquisition
1+ years’ experience leading or mentoring a team, developing the skills of others
Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
Proactive approach to problem solving
‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
Ability to interpret data to inform hiring decisions and sourcing approaches
Expert communicator, inspires confidence in others, fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Culturally aware; experience working across many geographies
Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
Eye for business and commercial awareness
Digital literacy, values technology
Demonstrable experience in managing Talent Acquisition/HR projects and process improvement initiatives that delivered real, measurable value
Experience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential
Fluent in written and verbal Arabic is preferred
