The Global Mobility team provide a great experience to employees on relocation or assignment within the Boeing Company so they can quickly assimilate and be productive in their new location.
We are looking to recruit a Business Travel Specialist based out of Dubai, UAE who will act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for employees on the following:
Business Travel immigration matters for countries/region as assigned (US and International locations), and/or business units as assigned
Business planning and process partner/vendor management
This role is based from our Dubai office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.
Responsibilities:
Proactively guide employees and managers successfully through the Business travel immigration processes with proper follow-through and to meet business objectives
Supplier, Process Partner, Business Partner and Employee Service integration and problem resolution
Lead or Support team project initiatives and provide subject matter expertise on Business travel immigration related topics
Educate business and process partners on Business travel immigration topics
Participate in supplier governance activities related to mobility and immigration
Partner with Regional Relocation Experience Specialists, ensuring their awareness and support of immigration topics applicable within their regions and working collaboratively to meet business customer goals
As requested, participate in immigration related surveys to share best practices. Analyze the output from surveys to identify potential process improvements. Participate on teams. Analyze and interpret immigration related policies, procedures, practices and processes, and make suggestions for improvement
Analyze data to identify trends and conduct immigration analysis studies. Create charts, spreadsheets and reports of study results
Support audit requests and/or investigations related to immigration and mobility services. Assist with immigration benchmarking and immigration data to recommend program improvements and enhance program and team effectiveness
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years experience in global business visa immigration, ideally within a large multi-national organization
3+ years experience with business visa, business travel policies, procedures, mission and organization
3+ years of experience in vendor management
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Demonstrated business partnering or consulting skills
Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple activities concurrently
Ability to remain calm under pressure and turn things around quickly
Proficient with Excel, Word and Power-Point
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
