(Jr. )Sales Representative (m/f/d)
at the earliest possible start date, fixed term
Job Overview:
- Supporting an international customer base for order processing and administration
- Entering document data (e.g. order entry) into the ERP system and review customer purchase orders to assess order requirements
- Support past due management across the team, data entry, collaboration with Sales team
- Collaboration with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders meet requirements and on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction
- Preparation and evaluations of reports to support team
Your profile:
- High School Diploma and first experience in customer relations and the field of sales
- Sales/Procurement/Logistics background is preferred
- Experience with MS-Office package in your daily routine (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in any ERP system would be beneficial (e.g. SAP)
- Distinctive communication skills and a high team spirit
- English fluency in both speaking and writing is necessary
